Our Cardiff properties are located in the Cathays and Roath areas – ideally situated for the City Centre, Cardiff’s Universities and the Heath Hospital. Our Treforest properties are situated within easy walking distance of the University campus and local shops and amenities.
Stylish, well-appointed shared living areas
Our shared living areas are tastefully decorated, with modern furniture including comfy sofas, dining tables and chairs. Many of our living rooms are now equipped with 40″+ Smart TVs, which coupled with our business-spec high speed broadband provide entertainment for everyone!
Our kitchens are focussed on practicality, with reliable appliances and plenty of individual cupboard space for all our tenants.
Our hallways and staircases are also well-appointed, with quality carpets and artwork to provide a homely touch.
Comfortable study bedrooms
All of our bedrooms have double or small double beds, with a desk and chair. We can provide a ‘Welcome Pack’ including bedding and room accessories if required, ensuring you can arrive and move in stress-free!
Quality bathrooms
Our bath and shower rooms are modern in appearance, with tiled or vinyl floors and some feature heated towel rails.
Outdoor space
The outdoor garden and patio areas are great places for socialising, over a BBQ on a summer’s evening!
